CEC's Online CEU Program is available to CRC, CCM, and CDMS professionals. Each Series has been approved for different focus areas by each Commission.
This Series has been approved by CRCC, CDMSC, and CCMC for six (6) credits hours (Professional Development credits for CRCC and Ethics credits for CCMC & CDMSC). Each Series has corresponding questions that can be found by clicking the Questions link.
In the following Series, you will learn:  about useful recruitment tools and methods for training and maintaining quality workers in today’s evolving workplace;  that worker attributes/traits are just as important to the employee hiring and development processes as technical skills, as well as methods for measuring and encouraging favorable workplace attitudes and behaviors;  how learned helplessness, explanatory style, and emotional contagion affect workplace productivity;  those traits and skills that individuals in the present economy must develop in order to fashion a rewarding career;  that criticism is seldom constructive in a workplace and ethical methods for increasing constructive communications; and  why direct interpersonal contact is preferable to telephonic case management, as well as methods to encourage successful workplace communication.
