CEC Associates, we place great importance in understanding and discussing the issues that relate to human factors in the workplace. We recognize that a high level of interdependency must exist in order for a workplace to flourish. The following database of work-related terms can help stimulate the conversation surrounding human factors that influence the working environment, and more specifically, provides a starting point for defining commonly used terms in the fields of vocational disability evaluation and workplace disability management.  This list is not exhaustive, and new terms are being added on a regular basis, so we encourage you to check back.
